A little shy at first, Rocky becomes your best friend once he trusts you. He needs a savvy adopter who understands dog body language, recognizes when he’s uncomfortable, and respects his boundaries. A calm home will help him blossom—and once comfortable, he enjoys everyone, including young people.

Rocky is a true Velcro dog who would love someone home much of the day. Whether he’s curled up in your lap, lying beside you, or joining you for a car ride, he just wants to be included. More than anything, he wants to be somebody’s baby. ❤️
