Hi my name is CHARLIE and I am an adorable, handsome, sweet ELEVEN-year-old male SHIPOO (Shihtzu/Poodle), with a gorgeous coat of white and gray. I weigh just 14 pounds, so it’s easy for you to take me anywhere you want to go . I am also great for people with allergies. I’m a very special dog in so many ways and can’t wait for a special person to welcome me to their home. But I do need someone that realizes I am incontinent and will need to wear diapers. Let me explain part of what makes me special: is I had an ACCIDENT on my BACK and my previous owner gave me to my rescue. I'm so grateful because they have taken such great care of me. They had surgery done by an outstanding orthopedic surgeon and now I can stand up, walk a little, and even run. I’m a bit funny though because I get so excited to be running that I then topple over. Oops! I am very skilled at using my wheelchair to get around fast! I’ll race you! We are not sure if the surgery worked completely; one day I may be able to run without my wheels, but I don’t mind them at all, so either way I’m a happy guy! Nothing stops me from playing with my DOG and CAT friends in my foster home. I may have extra wheels, but I am just a normal fun-loving dog who has a lot of love to give. My foster mom puts me in the swimming pool and I really love to swim.
